Well, partner, we're your one-stop shop for all things print and design! We handle everything from business cards and brochures to large-format banners, vehicle wraps, custom apparel, signage, and full-service graphic design. Whether you need something small as a sticker or big as a billboard, we've got you covered.

We're proudly based right here in San Marcos, Texas! We serve customers locally and across the great state of Texas, plus we ship nationwide for folks who need our services from afar. If you want to come out to pick up your order or meet with a sales or design staff, you are welcome during normal business hours. It is probably best to call in advance just to make sure we are here and available. 

3821 Lime Kiln Dr., San Marcos, TX. We are about 5 miles North of San Marcos. It is a winding hill-country drive, so slow down and enjoy your time out of the office, and watch out for wildlife along the way.

You bet! While our roots are deep in Texas soil, we work with clients all across the United States. Distance doesn't stop us from delivering quality work.

We use only high-quality materials that'll stand up to Texas weather and beyond. From premium paper stocks to durable vinyl, weather-resistant banners, and long-lasting inks, we don't cut corners on quality.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

4. Hire a Designer: let our design team create something specifically for you.

We do! We offer recycled paper options and eco-solvent inks for customers who want to keep things green. Just let us know sustainability is important to you and we'll show you what we've got.

Our site supports CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color format for professional printing, ensuring accurate color reproduction and industry-standard results. If your artwork is a rastered file (image) it is likely RGB (Red, Green, Blue) our system will automatically convert to CMYK.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We have a variety of printers that we use. Here is a breakdown:

• Vinyl, banner, and some papers are printed using an eco-solvent inkjet printer.
• Coated papers and printed using an offset printer
• Plain paper is printed on a laser printer
• Labels are printed on an LED dry toner printer
• Promotional products are printed on either a UV printer, Dye Sublimation printer, or a Pad printer
• Garments are either embroidered (printed with a sewing machine), screen printed, or Direct to Film (DTF) printed 

No problem at all! That's what we're here for. Our designers will work with you to create something that represents your business perfectly.

We sure do! Our talented design team can create custom artwork from scratch, or we can work with existing designs you provide. Whether you're starting with a napkin sketch or need a complete brand overhaul, we're here to help. 

Or, you can check out our Design Studio and design your project yourself. There is a design studio at the bottom of each product page. Have fun designing.

Canva is a great tool, and yes, we can print the files you design in Canva, but we really need you to keep some things in mind as you use Canva to create your projects.

1. Take a look at the Design Studio; it is very similar to Canva.

2. If you still want to use Canva, take note of the dimensions, bleed lines, cut lines, and safe zones. We can't print anything that overlaps the safe zone line. 

3. Make sure any rastered (photos, .jpg, .png) images are at least 300 dpi when you load them into your design. Be aware that if you enlarge a 300 dpi asset (that's what we call a graphic element), the dpi will drop, and we can't print it.

4. Outputting your Canva project. When you are preparing your project to upload for us to print. Select File>Download>PDF Print> (do not check the following boxes: Flatten PDF, Include notes, Match reading order to layers). Color profile, change to CMYK. Then select Download. The file should now be in your download file.

We prefer—PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, JPG, PNG, and more. If you've got something unusual, just ask. We're pretty resourceful folks.

We use professional color-matching systems to ensure your brand colors are spot-on every single time. Consistency is key, and we take that seriously. You should use Pantone spot colors so the color matching system is optimized. If you absolutely need your colors to match a specific Pantone or anything else please contact us so we can work with you to make sure your colors are true to your branding guideline.s

Most standard projects are completed within 5-7 business days, but it varies depending on the complexity and quantity. Custom projects might take a bit longer, while simple reprints can be quicker. We'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you need things yesterday. We offer rush services for most products—just let us know your deadline, and we'll let you know if we can meet your timeline. Rush fees may apply, but we'll always be upfront about that.

We offer both! You can pick up your order right here at our location just outside San Marcos, TX, or we can ship it directly to your door anywhere in the country. Local delivery may also be available for larger orders.

That depends on what you're ordering. Some items, like business cards, work best in certain quantities, but we're flexible and happy to work with projects of all sizes.
